Shipping Policy

TrueStandard Labs ships research-grade peptides and laboratory reagents to 50+ countries worldwide. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we follow strict packaging and handling protocols to ensure product integrity during transit.
1. Worldwide Shipping
We ship via DHL Express, FedEx International, and EMS to most countries. Typical delivery times:
- Standard International (EMS / ePacket): 14-21 business days. Tracked.
- Express International (DHL / FedEx): 7-12 business days. Fully tracked, signature required.
Worldwide shipping is included in the price of every order β no additional shipping charges are added at checkout. All orders ship in discreet, secure packaging.
2. International Shipping
TrueStandard Labs ships to select international destinations. Please note the following for international orders:
- International shipping is available to countries where the import of research peptides is permitted under local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to verify import eligibility.
- Estimated delivery times range from 7-15 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- All international shipments are sent via tracked courier services (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent).
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
- TrueStandard Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or regulatory holds in the destination country.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer for:
- Custom synthesis orders β estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders requiring additional verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation.
- High-demand periods or stock replenishment delays (we will notify you of any significant delays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM IST.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- A tracking number and link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Estimated delivery date.
- Carrier name and contact details.
You can also track your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team at contact@truestandardlabs.com.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on regulatory requirements:
- Some peptides and reagents may not be shipped to certain states, territories, or countries due to local regulations governing research chemicals.
- Controlled substances or products requiring special licenses will only be shipped upon receipt and verification of the appropriate permits and documentation.
- We reserve the right to decline shipping to any address that we reasonably believe is not a legitimate research facility or institution.
- P.O. Box addresses may not be accepted for high-value or signature-required shipments.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check the tracking information for the latest status update. Many delays are resolved within 1-2 additional business days.
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If the package shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), contact us at contact@truestandardlabs.com to initiate a lost-package investigation.
Once a carrier confirms a package as lost, we will reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
7. Storage After Delivery
Upon receipt, immediately transfer lyophilized peptide vials to -20Β°C storage as specified in the product label and storage instructions. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2-8Β°C and use within the timeframe noted in the product description. TrueStandard Labs is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
8. Delivery Confirmation
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. The recipient's signature serves as proof of delivery and confirms that the package was received in acceptable external condition. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
